Cancellation Policy:

Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation would be greatly appreciated. However I do appreciate this may not always be possible and ask that you do not attend your appointment if feeling unwell.

Valuables: 

Many treatments require the removal of jewellery, so please ensure you retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Skin Test:

For all tinting and lash appointments a skin test is required 48 hours prior to first appointment.

Operation:

I am operating on a one in one out basis so please refrain from arriving too early to your appointment.
